The rooms are beautifully maintained with comfortable beds, the location is marvelous and convenient close to a big park, and the staff is welcoming and check-in is easy.

Room was excellent. Location was good for people with a car. Price was good for the room. Breakfast looked a little pricey, so avoided it. It was a strange hotel as it's primary focus appears to be as a conference centre and/or a hotel for the elderly needing health support. Great for a business stopover or a transit stop, but I owuldn't want to spend a holiday there

Excellent, clean facilities and rooms. Reasonably priced with attentive and helpful reception staff. Well placed for a taxi ride into central Aachen.

Service in the cafeteria and restaurant could be a little slow and the dinner menu was very restricted unless you like pizza or pork. There are no hot drink making facilities in the rooms. However, overall this hotel is friendly and represents good value. A definite 'recommend'.

My incredibly spacious room with a sofa and balcony provided me with a great night's rest.

Room was very nice. Spacious and well furnished. Staff was very helpful. Small restaurant had excellent food and service and stayed open till at least 10:00pm. Plenty of offstreet parking. Tranquil location, but very near the University and the ipt Fraunhofer Institute. Will definitely stay here again.

Only the pillows - they were fine for me but a little too soft for my husband who has neck problems.

The room was airy and neat with a balcony and a thoughtful touch of a complimentary bottle of water. The food was outstanding with plenty of options available. The suburban location of this hotel was a bonus feature. Breakfast was satisfactory and the check-in process was easy.

Staff and facilities were great, very easy to find and superb motorway links.

If you plan visiting the city, you need the car or a bus (bus stop very close) or taxi (around 7-9 euro). Otherwise, everything is fine.

Large, spacious room with balcony. Friendly staff. Good location, 10 min. drive to city center. Four bakeries, two ice cream parlors, and several restaurants nearby. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of variety. Nice walking trails and park with playground nearby.

Rooms in a different building complex. No restaurant, "bar" closed before 10 pm, no mini bar in room.

We loved the privacy and die surroundings.
